Super clean!!!! Whoa. The cleaning crew should get a HUGE raise. They are the best. Literally the floor and the bathrooms were legit clean. Like sparkling, sit on floor clean.

Manager was down right rude. I had a return from the Rockford IL Sierra store and didn't have my receipt. I purchased a pair of Reebok shorts not even a month prior that had a yellow clearance tag and I was trying to return them. The manager came up and said we DO NOT take yellow tags, we don't even do that, this is ancient and I've been here since we opened. As if I were supposed to know that! She said we will not return that but you can make a guest account and didn't offer any further assistance with the matter and because of her, I will NEVER return to this store. She was extremely unpleasant 🤬

It can feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack, however every once in awhile you find a really good deal on something you're looking for. They have a wide variety of men's, women's, and children's clothing and shoes. They usually have a pretty good deals on hats, gloves and mittens, and winter jackets. It is definitely worth stopping in to see what you can find.
