Signature Minerals

I’m a little surprised at the poor reviews here. I’ve used Signature Minerals on and off since 2008-2009. I like their products especially their eyeshadows and bronzers. (Sandcastle is my HG eyeshadow) I don’t wear their foundations because I can’t do a powder foundation but I do use their veil. Over all I’ve never been displeased. I’ve always received my products in a timely manner and my order has always been correct. My advice would be to try a sample and see for yourself.

First they suggest me a shade on my query without looking at me skin tone. So i asked them if they needed to see a picture so they can suggest me right shade. Their response was quick saying why not, after i shared two pics they stopped replying. Real purity was more professional and prompt in their responses. Don't know if SM got scared as soon as they saw me! Bad customer service these people have!!!

Love all the products I’ve used over the years. Communication could be better though. Will definitely continue to use.

I ordered from the website one month ago. Never received my products. I wrote several mails : no answer. I'll contact paypal and report it as fraud.
