Everybody from Kitchen Nail Bar come here instead! I come here every two weeks and it’s a beautiful salon. They take time perfecting each nail and they even have builder gel! Their prices are very good considering it’s in Palo Alto/Menlo Park. Everything is clean and sanitized and I can tell that they care about each customer.

We had a great experience at Signature Nail Spa. It is incredibly clean and the service was very good. Vivian did an amazing manicure and pedicure. And the woman who took care of my husband's man/ped was also great though I unfortunately forgot her name 🙁 I would definitely recommend this nail shop!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas, so we came to use it! Unless you have a fully paid for experience - and honestly really, not even then - I can’t recommend.

Pros: we were seated right when we arrived! I love the color of my toes!

Everything else: my pedicurist didn’t say a word to me - not in a “she wouldn’t chat with me the whole time” way but in a “made me feel like an inconvenience” way. She also wrecked my toes, pulling the skin off of one so it bled and digging into the cuticle so deeply on my big toe that it’s now swollen and painful and covered in antibiotic cream. My mom had a manicure in addition to her pedicure and was charged $25 for a massage-less, clear-polish-only manicure where the manicurist didn’t even clean under her nails! Not a great look for the salon to have clients walking out with dirt under their nails. At the end, both technicians vanished, leaving a third tech (who was working with another client!) to ring us up. Very awkward, very uncomfortable.

Don’t even waste your time coming here! I came with a friend to get a french tip manicure, while she got a pedicure. I had to ask twice & waited exactly 40 just to start the nail process, meanwhile my friend was almost done with her pedicure (she then had to wait 30 mins for me to finish bc they took so long to assist me)

I noticed I was never given the pricing sheet so I took one that was tucked nearby. (Nobody in that salon was given the pricing sheet)

The owner/lady in charge took a look at my nails and tried to charge me $100!!! for a SIMPLE $55 manicure!!! and IF I hadn’t seen the pricing sheet, I would’ve been fooled like everyone else that was never given a pricing sheet. I refused to pay the exagerares $100, and the “best” they could do was $75.

Their excuse was that it was French Tip BUT their pricing sheet said French tip was just a $5 charge… how does $5 turn to $45?

I have been going here for four years. The service is excellent. The women who give the manicures and pedicures are well trained and professional. Everything is sterilized. The range of colors to choose from is excellent. The prices are reasonable, especially for Menlo Park. I have never been disappointed. I have given out several gift cards for Ann's Nails and everyone else has enjoyed their experience.
