A lovely experience! We came at a good time when it was 50% off, so it was $64/person for 60 min so we definitely had a great value for the money. Cici did my 60 min scalp treatment and was very detailed, checking in to make sure the water temperature was right and that I was comfortable. This was my first time getting a scalp treatment. I would come here again! Here’s how it went:
- complimentary slippers given at the start of treatment
- they show you what your scalp looks like on the monitor & tailor the treatment to that
- you lie flat on this massage chair
- shoulder/neck/upper chest massage with oil included
- shampoo twice with scalp massage, rinsed then sat up in the chair
- hair oil then hair is dried + scalp toner put on
- complimentary hair brush given at the end

Best self care service I’ve ever had. An absolutely great experience. Since the moment that I walked in Lisa and the front desk lady were extremely nice. My scalp treatment had my scalp feeling brand new. The massage was amazing. I usually get nervous doing self care treatments because my skin is so dry and I get embarrassed, but Lisa made me feel so comfortable. Definitely coming back many times.

Wow! What a beautiful experience. Cici made me feel more relaxed than I have felt in probably years! She has an incredible touch and is so kind and sweet. I had the Cell Vitality Scalp Care treatment and it was truly wonderful. The team was warm and welcoming and I will absolutely be back.

I just had the best hair scalp treatment by Emma. I had the scalp analysis before and after, so interesting to see the scalp under a microscope. I got the 90 min treatment and enjoyed every minute of it. During the whole hair care treatment I was massaged by the chair. So relaxing!!! They even blow dried my hair and it’s never felt so fresh and soft. Definitely returning.

This place is a 10/10 recommended! You won’t be disappointed! I took my mom and I here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we want to come here every day ! Everyone was so nice and sweet and they had everything so clean and pricing is very reasonable. I had cc who made everything really comfortable and went over how my scalp was. And my mom had Tammy who was very sweet and helpful to my mom and made everything relaxing. After the treatment our hair was so soft and smells so good! Definitely come to silk pro head&scalp spa if you want to get pampered and feel relaxed
