Doctor and Staff were excellent! I'm very happy with the services I received. I did almost get run over crossing from your building over to the other side where I parked my Apparently somebody ran the light and accelerated into the parking area. But that has no reflection upon your company.

I would give this office a 5 star rating if the reception staff were friendly. They did not greet me. Just do you have an appointment. They set tone for the office. All other aspects of visit were excellent. Back of house medical staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they cared.

I went to this clinic for a cyst removal on the face. The doctor did not explain the procedure to me, there was a lot of people (the assistant) leaving and entering the room during the procedure it was uncomfortable since the room was crowded and the gurney or bed was next to the door. Also the surgeon did not wait for the anesthesia to kick in. I was able to feel the incision which was very painful, after I complained about the pain he applied more anesthesia and came back after 5 min, this time the anesthesia worked well. I work in the medical field and to be honest they need to be more professional.

Oh wow I could feel the Dr.’s the nurse calmness when they were talking to each other as they removed the lump, or the beast as the Dr. called it 🤣😂of my shoulder. The procedure was done under 40 minutes. The atmosphere was so calm so I felt calm and the Faith and Trust that I have in God that everything was going to be okay. And everything was okay. Thank you team!🥰

I’ve been coming here for years and I like this place. It’s clean and a nice environment. Their staff they are always friendly. The waiting time is always short and I like the fact that it’s easy to schedule my appointments based on my work schedule. The Dermatologist is nice and takes care of your problem right away. This office is is very concise, never have long waiting periods. Office is clean and well maintained. Staff is mostly friendly, and the Dr. Alan Lien is incredibly knowledgeable. Would go nowhere else for skin care needs.

Very nice clinic they take you in fast my daughters have been here as well and the only thing it worked for their ecxema! Girls are really nice and explain everything so good thank you Dr, Alan
