Skin and Cancer Institute

STAY CLEAR OF THIS FACILITY!!! I was ill 3 years ago the Friday before my Monday appointment. I called and left a message and texted that I couldn't be there due to illness. Then they sent me a bill for $35 for "no show" fee. I called to dispute and they blamed me and said I have to pay it. I never paid it over last 3 years and they keep sending me bills and threatening to send it to a collections agency. Out of principle I had my legal team send them a letter to alleviate this issue. It stopped for 6 months and then again I just got 2 more bills for $35. My legal team advised me to ignore it as they like to play this game and waste peoples time hoping they are suckers and will pay it. The services I received as a patient with this facility was pitiful to say the least. I found a new provider here in town and what positive difference in service and $. Don't waste your time or $ on this dermatology clinic.

Had a great experience at the Havasu Skin and Cancer Institute. Cassandra, the NP I saw, was very thorough and concerned about my skin situation. She took plenty of time to examine me and make good suggestions about how to find a solution. Everyone there was very nice and professional. Glad I chose this Dermatology center to help me with my issues! Highly recommend them.

They are so friendly here, and patient and understanding. I give them 5 stars! Office is clean & bright, staff is amazing, what more could you want?

Scheduling was a breeze and we were able to get in quickly. New pt. Paperwork would be easier online but not a big inconvenience. Office staff and physician very pleasant. Staff made my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process.

We highly recommend the Skin and Cancer Institute. Persephonie is thorough, patient, listens, and is super friendly! Her staff is great too. The waiting room is clean and has great music playing.

Great communication with text reminders, waiting room is always nice, never a very long wait to get to the exam room. Not very long to see the Dr after in the exam. Dr is always pleasant and listens. Even asked for some bumps to be frozen and she took care of it right then! Very happy with the staff. .
