Had a great experience. Clean office, quick wait times and registration process. I saw the PA Jenna and she was wonderful. Very informative and helpful. I appreciate a doctor that is easy to talk to and is willing to take extra steps. I had a few questions with scheduling and Ericka was so nice and helpful. She seems to wear a lot of hats at that office and they are lucky to have her and Jenna. Highly recommend!

Office was beautiful, very clean and modern style. I enjoyed the coffee station they had setup for patients in the lobby. It gives a welcoming warm feeling. There was one gal working the front and the back. She was kind and helpful. Jenna the PA was awesome, attentive and super knowledgeable. I felt like all my concerns were addressed in a professional manner.
There was an office manager available the day I went in. I did not speak with her personally, but she was helping the gal check me out at the end of my visit. This dermatology office is needed on the central coast and I hope to continue to have similar experiences like my initial one at all my future appointments here. I liked the team work I saw and the overall environment.

First of all the office is so nice and the aesthetic is beautiful. The registration was quick and easy. The Ma Barbara was super friendly and attentive. I was seen within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The PA Jenna was awesome. So easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns in a professional and respectful manner. I look forward to going back to follow up with her. I called to check on my results and was transferred to the Manager Ericka and she was on top of it. This girl does not beat around the bush. She was able to locate my results right then and answered all my questions. This office has such a great staff and I can’t say enough great things about them.

Great experience. I was a bit apprehensive to book my initial appointment because this was a new location and the only available photos online were from the outside and seemed a bit sketch. I ended up going and had an amazing experience. The space inside is very modern and nice and the staff were exceptional. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
