The Tehachapi office is terrible. Every time I’ve been here I have waited a minimum of an hour in the exam room before the doctor shows. The ladies are not helpful or friendly. Instead improving their customer service or office management they make excuses and post signs in all the rooms (see photo) basically admitting how poor their office is run. I have also visited the Palmdale office and it’s always been a pleasant visit with a reasonable wait (10 mins).

Only the best care. They are busy because they are in demand. I came in with a bit of a emergency. They squeezed me in I didn't mind waiting for treatment. The staff is always great. If I have to have cancer I am glad to get such kind care. Thank you Tehachapi Skin and Cancer Institute.

The visit was on time ,no delay which is appreciated.
You can fill all your medical details on line, load your insurance card etc.. which will save you time at your arrival.
The physician and nurse were very approachable as well as the medical clerks who were friendly and courteous and professiona as well ❤️‍🩹
The clinics is clean .Parking is right that in front of clinics.

The nurses and the doctor were AMAZING. They didn't in and out. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I understood everything. Everyone was very professional. Great science of humor too. I HIGHLY him.
