Skin and Cancer Institute

Greeted warmly by their receptionist. Lovely young lady! Was called for right on time. Nurse assistant was also very efficient. Explained the procedure clearly. Met with the very friendly and knowledgeable PA. The exam was thorough and efficient. PA made sure to listen to any concerns. I had an excellent experience today and felt great that all is good. Overall a very positive appointment. So many times you have a long wait time but my appointment went so smoothly. It may sound silly but I look forward to my next yearly checkup.

This was my first visit to Templeton Dermo and I was very impressed with the beautiful atmosphere, the long decor and the greeting. I had a preliminary check up and will be returning in a few weeks for my first treatment. I look forward to my next visit. Great staff.

Excellent staff and followup. Karilyn is very thorough and catches all suspicious sites. She thoroughly explains her findings and the recommended treatment options. Her PA is likewise thorough and knowledgeable. The receptionist is very friendly and there is a minimum wait time for appt.

Everyone is nice there. The appointment system is severely lacking. The text system and the office dont seem to be on the same system. I Even heard staff get frustrated with the schedule getting double booked. If they are this busy then add days or get more doctors in this area. The doctor they made an appointment with a year ago no longer comes to the area. I thought the current Doctor felt rushed- we were 40 minutes behind on my time slot. But she addressed my concerns. We forgot to remove a skin tag at the end- again feeling rushed means shes just moving on to the next thing. Ill be back but hopefully they can fix the appointment issues.

I was very pleased with how thoughtful and thorough they were at my visit. Everyone explained to me my options, and I felt like I knew what was going on. I feel like I am in good hands. After many years of not knowing about what was happening with my skin, I feel like I'm going to get answers and solutions.

I had a great experience. My treatment was well done. I felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend the Skin and Cancer Institute to anyone who needs help.

Your office has compassionate, hard working staff. Even tho it was busy, when they realized I hadn't been educated on my diagnosis and options, and pros and cons of treatment, the MA, PA/MD took the time to explain things (even tho I was only scheduled for radiology consult).

Excellent services, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend ?
