Medical Board Complaint Submitted - I am deeply disturbed by the conditions my two-year-old was exposed to during our visit to this facility. Upon being brought into a patient room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned following the previous procedure. There was blood on the floor, hazardous waste improperly disposed of in a regular trash bag—overflowing with blood-soaked paper towels—and a syringe filled with an unknown substance left out on a plate.

This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, as it exposed my child to potential bloodborne pathogens. When I insisted on being moved to another room, the facility staff admitted they could not guarantee that my child had not been exposed to anything harmful. They then recommended my child undergo testing for hepatitis and HIV—an alarming and deeply distressing outcome for any parent.

The lack of leadership, professionalism, and adherence to basic medical safety protocols at this facility is appalling. No patient, let alone a young child, should ever be subjected to such unsanitary and hazardous conditions. I will never return to this facility or any affiliated with it, and I strongly urge others to consider their options carefully before seeking care here.

It’s not just in and out, it’s a thorough visit and you leave each visit feeling confident and understood. Acme if you’ve never had it is no joke and they understand. Aside from my visit, the team is kind and supportive.

We have been going to Turlock dermatology for several years now. The three physicians assistance we have had, have all been wonderful. Very kind and professional. The reason I only gave it 2 stars was because of their office staff. They outsourced their scheduling. It is next to impossible to talk to somebody in the Turlock office. We actually drove to Turlock so we could get our records transferred over and they wouldn’t allow us to take our records. But they would let another doctor Request them. But the new doctors office has tried three times to get our records sent over and still no response. We were sorry to leave the good PAs but we are done with the office staff.
