My initial visit was delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. The doctor was efficient, and together we developed a promising treatment plan. I am quite pleased with my experience, especially considering my initial uncertainty about the process.

I saw Dr. Jesse today and I was very pleased. He was very knowledgeable about my skin disease which in the past has not been the case at other dermatologist. He didn't push any boundaries that made me feel uncomfortable. He explained everything and made sure I understood before moving on. He seemed empathetic about my concerns and is willing to help me on an as needed basis. If you've struggled with finding a dr who listens and cares, look no further he's right here.

Even though the website offers video appointments for new patients, they are actually not allowed. The office requires in-person appointments for new patients. I had to cancel the video appointment, which is fine. The rub is that I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get refunded for the $120 deposit. The 3rd party billing service is completely disconnected from the office and unreachable.

Responding to their comment below- they have not fixed the issue. I have called many times.

Friendly staff, clean, cool, and comfy waiting area. Dermatologist has extensive knowledge and a patient-centered approach. She is thorough in her examinations, provides clear explanations of conditions and treatments, and is attentive to your needs. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism creates a positive experience. I had the worst experience with this dermatologist office. I scheduled one meeting with this organization and paid ahead of time but when I got to the office they said I still needed to pay so I paused a second time. I called multiple times over the last few months about getting reimbursed for having to pay twice but they blamed confusion over a change in their billing processing company. To make matters worst I received an invoice in the mail to pay them a third time for the same appointment. This company does not have their act together on payment processing and I will never be back there. I advise anyone to steer clear of this fraudulent business.

Doc steph is professional straightforward and concise, she listened to me, diagnosed and prescribed the right Rx for my situation and I can move on , I see it in her professional manner, her eyes ,she understands that dreaded c word. I give thanks to Steph Mahan and all the many others at The Institute and ride out Cancer Center. Bless you all.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr Mahan and her staff.. She was very knowledgeable about my various skin concerns I had with a very upbeat and comforting demeanor. I did have a lump removed, which was done quickly with little to no pain.. I highly recommend her for your dermatological needs.
