So glad the Ladera Heights location is open. My son was rushing for a last minute facial a few days before an event. When I called the receptionist was very friendly and helpful as she politely scheduled an appointment for the next day. The esthetician who provided the facial service on his skin did an absolutely wonderful job; she made his skin look radiant. Definitely will be using them again, and already started referencing family members.

Skin Essence was great! I had Willie do my facial. He was amazing and knowledgeable. I came in with super congested, blemished skin and he was able to analyze my skin and determine the right facial for my skin needs. I left with glowing skin and got compliments all throughout the day. After a week of the facial and using the skin care plan he gave me, my skin is clearer, softer and brighter! I feel more confident leaving the house without makeup. I totally recommend this place 100%. I will be coming back even though I’m from out of town 🙂
