The facial was excellent and reasonably priced, but my appointment time was adjusted last minute on two occasions without any prior notice, which led me to cancel the second time. I understand that unexpected things happen, but as a busy working mom with limited free time, I can’t easily rearrange my schedule. When I brought up the inconvenience, instead of apologizing, she simply listed her available times. While the facial itself was great, the lack of professionalism was disappointing.

My hubby treated me for Valentines Day to receive a facial with Ruth! First time experience getting a facial/massage from Ruth….and let me say… I have had many facials/massages in my 66 years and honestly, none compare to the incredible treatment I received from Ruth!!!! Her quaint, quiet, classy spa is the first nice surprise! Then, the royalty treatment from Ruth!!!! Her hands are strong, massaging efficiently on your face as well as neck, arms, shoulder and back!! Before I paid I made a second appointment with her!! She’s that amazing!! Treat yourself make that appointment!! I walked out feeling like I looked 10 years younger!

Found this place on Groupon. Booking was easy but When I got there, I was told to pay directly at the spa and not to use coupon on the app after 3pm. Thought that was strange but I get it, more money for them. So I asked for the 2 hour full body and facial massage.

During the massage, I snoozed a bit. When I awoke, I noticed the lady was not massaging me, she completely had her hands on her phone. After I realized that, I made sure to fidget and fight sleeping to make sure she finished my hour massage.

After the hour was over, I noticed the initial women switched with someone else for the facial. There was no communication about what was going on. As the women were switching, There was a 15 minute delay with no one in the room and hot air in my face. During the facial, the specialist kept leaving the room and did not communicate anything she was doing. She began asking me if I felt sleepy yet. I responded “no”, and she continued. So unprofessional, I booked this place initially because of all the reviews. Will never return. I put 2 stars because when the women was massaging me, it felt nice. But wont return. Had no idea what either women were doing, and the fact that I had to keep fidgeting to make sure they knew I was awake and not asleep because my eyes were blocked in order for them to continue working on me, left me with a bad taste. I Still paid $149 for the 2 hour body massage and left a tip For both. Hope this helps someone and they don’t do this again to someone else.

Absolutely great experience! I would gladly drive from Santa Clarita to Granada Hills if it means getting the kind of service and quality for such a great price! Definitely am recommending this place to anyone who has had a spa experience before and to first timers at the spa. Ruth is amazing and has such great customer service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

First time getting a facial and WOW. I had the beat experience. Ruth was so friendly and informative about my skin. Overall I felt so comfortable but best of all my skin is clear and glowing !!! I’ve already booked my next appointment. Thank you soo much I’m a fan for life💕

My friend and I got the 75 min. Facial and massage for our birthdays. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back! Yolanda and Asfoom gave us the best facials we have ever gotten! The rooms are nice and cozy. They set us up so we could be next to each other in the same room. They also gave a great upper body massage. The products used were good quality and our skin looked and felt so great! The building itself is older, but once you walk into their office, it's very nice, clean, cool and you are greeted by their warm hospitality and professionalism. There's lots of free parking. Get the Groupon deal. Highly recommend this place for a sweet relaxing experience.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I originally went with my daughter and we both got an hour facial and an hour massage. The facial that Ruth gave me was so thorough. Cleansing, masks, microdermabrasion and upper body massage. My face felt so Rejuvenated, fresh and clean. My massage was wonderful. I am always on my feet working and Christine released a lot of tension that was much needed. My husband went the next week for both treatments and loved it (his first time getting a facial). And my sister went two weeks later for the same package as well. It’s safe to say the family won’t go anywhere else for treatments. We are hooked!
