One of the best experiences I’ve had with anything skin related. My dermatologist gives me a quick 5 min appt but within the first ten minutes of my laser facial, the staff listened and had great advise. They even helped me get a blackhead that the dermatologist said was a cyst. Grateful for people who care and actually listen to their client.

Fabulous experience at Skin Laundry Park Meadows - the team was thorough in explaining the procedure, the lasers, after-care, and simply what to expect. The signature laser was a relaxing, warm experience with a fabulous nurse and lovely environment. I look forward to ongoing treatments and highly recommend exploring skin laundry! One of the biggest selling points for me was no down time (who has time for that anyway!); I left with a lovely glow and fabulous feeling skin. Five out of five, definitely recommend.

The facility is clean and the staff are nice. I applaud them for sticking to the script. My issues with the facility are likely corporate issues trained into them. Starting with the online system being completely useless. In order to do anything you have to call. They sell you on an unlimited treatment package yet only let you schedule a treatment every 14 days due to “downtime.” When you go to leave it never fails you somehow owe more money for services that were not even performed. The aestheticians perform ZERO extractions or take any ownership of your skin. There is zero transparency regarding technology they are using or pricing. I was so excited to start treatments here but was left with only icky feelings of a money grab. I cancelled my membership two months ago and yet every month they still attempt to charge my credit card a fee of $200. Overall very disappointing experience.

Zero stars. Very corporate feel. Terrible tech,
Or whatever she was. Be careful when they ask you “would you like…?” Instead of saying “ as an add on for $$$”, very tricky- She talked like she was reading a dialogue, heavy sighs between blurbs. Also sounded like she was chewing on something.

The laser treatments do help your skin after a couple treatments. The techs were all very nice. I’m giving it a 2 Star because I called to cancel my membership because I moved out of town but they only placed a freeze on the account and refused to refund me. Be careful of signing up for the membership, it’s what makes the treatments affordable but they will charge your card after request to cancel.
