Angela is not only an extremely talented esthetician, but she is a wonderful, warm and kind human being. Every time I enter her treatment room I know I’m going to have a serene experience from start to finish. Prior to seeing Angela I was very uneducated on skin care and she has gone above and beyond to help me identify my needs and the right products for my skin. I highly recommend her!

I was a client of Skin Rituals from approximately April- October 2024. During that time I saw Daisy once and Angela more regularly for facials, skin products and support around some mild-moderate acne concerns. After hundreds of dollars invested in monthly/bimonthly facials and a full skincare line which I’ve used exclusively for months now, I can’t say I’ve seen enough of an improvement to recommend them. Furthermore, their disrespectful customer service led me to abandon this business for good.

First and foremost, Daisy and her team are quite sales oriented and both estheticians were constantly making new recommendations even after I had already purchased a full skincare line at their recommendation. They also contradicted each other in their recommendations which didn’t instill confidence. However, the real final straw occurred late October when I was turned away from a service appointment in an unprofessional manner by Daisy and I was treated in a very distasteful manner by Angela who by the way had nothing to do with the appointment that was booked. After I respectfully left, I could not shake how poorly they had handled the situation and thought it would be prudent to reach out to Daisy (the owner) privately to express my disappointment in the way I was treated due to a skin condition. To my surprise, Daisy read my message weeks ago and chose not to reply or even provide a basic apology for the way she and her staff handled that situation. Sadly, my well intentioned message filled with ideas on how that situation could have been avoided and improved fell on deaf ears and they will no longer get my business. I hope this review helps others find a better skincare option rather than wasting their time with people who seem to think way too highly of themselves.
