Meredith has kept my skin looking and feeling its best for the past fifteen years. She REALLY cares about the uniqueness of your skin, rather than just having a one-size-fits-all approach to skincare. She always goes above and beyond. I always feel like I get so much time and energy from her… she never ever phones it in. She’s also been amazing at working with my budget and giving me tips and pointing me in the direction of the products that are the best bang for my buck. She’s a genius at what she does and never stops learning! Highly recommend.

I had such a fantastic experience getting a facial with Meredith at her Skin Upgrade salon. Her space is relaxing and beautiful, and she is so super knowledgeable about what she does. She actually thought I was using too *many* products which was amazing to hear an esthetician say. I left with helpful tools- including great advice and some samples- and truly gorgeous skin. An unexpected perk of getting my facials done with Meredith is not having to deal with the time investment and expense of visiting a spa. Sure, sometimes I’m looking for that experience, but realistically I will take better regular care of my skin at Skin Upgrade.

Meredith is the best waxer, facialist, and human. I’ve been her client (friend) for over 15 years and have even recommended my pickiest friends to her and they’re so happy. She’s cool and fun and a ball of energy that refuses to let you have a hair out of place. I just adore her and I dislike most people.

If there were 6 stars, she'd deserve them all! My lady-land has been getting the star grooming treatment from Meredith for a several years. I used to drive from Mid-city to Burbank because she is worth the trip. She is also a wizard when it comes to skin and facials. She really knows her stuff and is super fun to be around. Seriously, get yourself UPGRADED!
