I made an appointment for a specific treatment and was assured they performed this procedure for my situation by the receptionist.
When I arrived for the appointment the nurse would not do the treatment and tried to make me do another procedure which meant making another appointment.
This was a total waste of my time as I had rearranged my day for this appointment and had I known the nurse did not perform the procedure for my situation, I would not have made the appointment in the first place.
