I had a microneedling treatment in the Pewaukee location with Nicole, her attention to detail in walking me thru the steps she was taking and making sure I was tolerating them, set me at ease during the treatment. I always go further to the Pewaukee location because the staff is great. They really do everything to give you the a nice experience and provide great service. Yesterday I worked with Casey and she was fantastic!

Great service, good people, a little pushy on tips, but can you change up the music to something more upbeat, and how about some dish scapes or TV on the big tvs you have there...pop/top 40 or some kind of upbeat music (no one is getting a massage there, not sure why you are playing massage music, it definitely doesn't fit the services offered!)and visual distractions would be appreciated during appointments to distract us from the service we are having done, which are usually not the most comfortable!
