Very happy with SleekShop customer service. I made a purchase for some hairsprays and I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me with my transaction. I was initially suppose to pick up my order in store and then made the transition to ship to me go smoothly. I received my order today and was very grateful that they went the extra mile to secure the sprays so they wouldn't spill during shipment since that are pump hairsprays.

Shipping was delayed by an entire week. When I placed my order on 10/19, they said delivery by October 22. I kept checking the tracking and they created the shipping label on the 22nd, but never took it to USPS until the 24th. I reached out to customer service for help, but got a canned response on my first email and nothing after that. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. They seem very shady and unreliable. Worst online shopping experience I've had in long while!

BUYER BE WARE!!!! Don't purchase from this company.
I purchased the color from Sleekshop, and a few days later purchased the developer. The color came through, the developer never did. The delivery email said it was delivered but there was nothing in my mailbox.
I called the company 10 times and and every time it says "you're #1 in the que", the problem is that you wait for over 45 minutes and no one answers the call. I emailed and they responded with a pathetic answer and didn't want to help me with contacting the carrier.
I still have the color.

This place was a gem to find. I found my favorite shampoo Matrix Amplify and it was at a fantastic price. It’s in my local area so I just decided to pick up. Very fast and convenient curbside service.

First time using this company, do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The products were already opened with seals broken. Looks like very old and possibly returned used product. Packaging was old, I have been using this product for many years! I haven’t tried it yet, I am actually afraid to put this on my hair. I am not sure how a company gets away with this. I don’t think they are worthy of even 1 star!

Ive ordered from them twice; and twice I have received the wrong merchandise. If you can find it somewhere else, buy it there. I will NEVER try SS (Sleekshop) Beauty again!!!! For the record, OPI Stay Strong colorgel base coat is NOT the same as OPI Strengthening Base coat. The label is different; the product is different. Its no great mental leap to see they are different products and yet twice I have received the wrong product. Take it off the website if you don't have it. Don't send a substitute.
