The hours say open Friday 9:30am so I came around 9:45am and waited till 10:15am for them to open and finally got fed up waiting and called to see if they would pick up and when they did they said that they were closed today This is ridiculous. This is not the first time I have waited in the mornings thinking they would open and have been disappointed every time

This is the 2nd time in a row I have come and the store is closed during operating hours. The first time they closed over 30 mins early and today I arrived at 12:06 and the store is not open. No one answers the phone either. I drive 35 mins to get to this place and this has become a waste of my time

There not consistent with the times they open or close. They say they open at 9AM I got here at 9:30 and its now 10 AM and there still not open. Staff is rude aswell. The lady at the front is always giving attitude and being rude

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl upfront with blondish fried hair , no makeup n faded brows had horrible customer service. I asked a question , she stared at me like i was dumb and seemed like she was mad i asked a question. Then when i was checking out, she got the brush i wanted and she like threw it on the counter. She overall had a bad attitude n was rude for no reason. If u literally work at a nail supply u shouldnt be rude , and u should be giving ur customers good service so theyll come back. I will NEVER come back. Especially with that girl upfront being rude for no reason at all. Go somewhere else , like the nail supply by manchester, dont waste ur time here with rude people like her.

Worker sucks, gives attitude, stares you down like crazy. Store doesn’t open at the time said, quit giving them business they don’t deserve it.

Very rude employees very unprofessional, my sister had went down to this facility and a employee was hitting on her and even tho she stated she was underaged but he kept insisting on her giving him her number and would not let her leave till she did so.

Really organized and clean! Not overpriced! And carries Not polish and some Valentino products! Will definitely be one of my go-to's. I really love that they're not overcrowded

UPDATE: I come here a lot. They are cheaper route, although it can come with a price.
1. As soon as you open the door, it smells like you're entering a porta-poty 🤢! I came to return a top coat because the cap was not coming off properly. It was stuck onto the bottle. I went to replace it and each time she opened a new bottle, it was the same thing. They honestly didn't want to return it so I had to exchange for the same item. I ended up getting a gel version rather than polish because they were ALL defective 🙄!
2.There's a new lady there who doesn't seem to understand some questions which I get, your still learning, but there's no one there to help her so she just laughs and says "I don't know" or simply answers they don't have such product when I've found it after spending some time to look in detail at every isle.
3.OH!! And make sure to call to verify if they're open! Last time I called and they said they were opening at 10 but didn't get there til 11!
In short, they need to open the door and aerate the place, and fully train their employees before leaving them on their own
