The employees of the pharmacy are great!
However the automated phone system for prescription refill is easily the most aggravating experience that I've had!
And you have to endure it everytime you call in a prescription refill. I'm done with it! I'm moving my business to someone else!

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but this pharmacy sucks and I just started coming here. I already want to switch pharmacies again! I have to assume management is the problem because it starts at the top! Customer service is HORRIBLE. Rude employees. They don't follow through with tasks. They don't seem to care or like their jobs at all. The only good thing is that my prescriptions are less expensive at Smith's. I will be speaking with a manager if I have one more problem at this pharmacy.

Additional review 2/5/24: This pharmacy still sucks. There is only one girl who works there that hasn't given me a problem. I will get her name next time I go in. Everyone else is incompetent. Latest visit, I was told I didn't have any refills left, even though my bottle clearly stated I did and I was able to call in the refill. After getting annoyed, they notified me that yes, I did in fact have another month of refills. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Had to wait for them to fill it, even though I called it in 3 days prior. Get it together!! I didn't get an apology. They acted like I was the one who was confused!! 👎🏼

Update 3/4/24: Jaiden is very friendly and helpful!! Thank God for him! I don't know if he's new, but he helped me for the 1st time today and he was great!!! Finally I can give a good review! I'm adding a star for Jaiden!

This pharmacy is embarrassingly unprofessional. On multiple occasions I called to confirm they have my prescription ready, only to arrive and be told they never received my prescription in the first place. Be sure to count your pills for any prescriptions filled here, as twice they gave me 1/3 of the 30 my prescription called for. When I confronted them, they claimed the 10 pills are all my doctor sent in? This made no sense as the prescription on the bottle listed 30 pills and I was charged the price for 30 pills. The employees here are either grossly incompetent or outright liars, and either way they lost my business

Trust me. Long time local. This was a ridiculous situation today. Had 2 prescriptions ordered. Drove from east Jackson to Smith's via the (what used to be) our local only back route. Took 25 minutes to drive at 5pm. 3 people working the pharmacy. The girl at the counter looked at the screen and simply said "it will be at least an hour." Only 2 people in line. Really?

Absolutely the rudest person answered the phone when calling about transferring a prescription . My wife accidentally left her medicine at home and was needing to transfer it here while on vacation. They talked to her so rude like it was really putting them out to be able to do so. So sad a place that is supposed to be here to help has to treat people in such a manner. I would highly recommend someone look into how this person treats customers. I would not want them representing my business.

LONG BUT IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

I’ve had two reeeeeally bad experiences with this pharmacy. Both times I called in an order and was told it would be ready the next day. Both times they didn’t get it figured out. Both times I got my medicine a week later. It was a lot of, “oh we didn’t send the order in, I’m not sure why though.” And also, “here’s your order, oh wait this isn’t the right medicine, we ordered the wrong medicine.”
I was patient with them both times. I get that stuff out of our control happens. But this is my
Mental health. The second time I was very explicit by telling them if I didn’t have the prescription, my mind would fall into a dark place and I would be in danger of self harm. I don’t LOOOOVE telling someone I haven’t set up a trusting space with that information. Even with that information they forgot to order the medicine, and they ordered the WRONG medicine.
All in all I was very frustrated and put
Into a dangerous situation. This isn’t like waiting for online shopping orders. This is health. Therefore, VERY different. I’m not someone to send back food, or talk to the manager or throw a fit. I recognize I am a privileged white man. But this was insane. And for it to happen TWICE?!
The only reason I’m writing this review is because my friend just got off an aggravating phone conversation with the same pharmacy for giving her the wrong medicine.

Hours listed say they close at 8pm. I’ve been calling since 7pm. I need help filling a prescription. Answer the phone during operating hours. Your job is to help people get their medication… sorry for the inconvenience. Do your job! It kind of matters.

Had to take an emergency trip to Jackson and have them call my Idaho pharmacy to transfer it. Diana was SO helpful and gave just the best customer service. Five stars for sure!
