Shame on you... Summersville Smoker friendly for your stupid rule on not letting me carry my 1 year old on my hip so I can get my elderly grandma her tobacco.. no wonder you are loosing business... What am I supposed to do leave him in the car so the cops will get called ha I think not... And Also your employee was very rude to not just me but the customer before me she shouldn't be working there

Employees are always decent and friendly! Very quick! Carry almost anything you need. Always smells so good in there too! Cheap prices. Overall A+++

This place is awesome. Not only are my cigarettes less than $4 a pack, but the girls that work here are all so sweet, friendly and helpful. The drive-thru is also extremely convenient when you have a physical handicap and getting in and out of your vehicle with a walker is so tedious and annoying.

Went in to grab a six pack of Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat since i discovered they were one of the few places in town that had it. Waited over 20 minutes just wandering the store and no one even asked if I needed help. There was one other customer in there who was indecisive in what they wanted. That's what took up the rep's time, but to not even say, "I'll be with you in a moment," is a bit rude.
