Went in to exchange a Christmas gift — admittedly didn’t check the return policy because we assumed exact, unworn, tags intact exchanges were more lenient. Got to the register & he said “our return policy is 30 days” so I just asked *for clarification* if returns & exhanges were treated the same. He asks the manager & the manager immediately starts acting like a jerk copping an attitude telling me “it’s written right here on the counter! AND it’s on the bottom of your receipt”, & decided to take it a step further & condescendingly say I “can read it right here if I’d like!” For no reason he was treating me as if I was arguing or had an attitude or was trying to fight them on it… I was literally just asking to see because not all stores have the same return & exchange policy. I wasn’t mad before that point & didn’t have an attitude at all. I’m not sure someone whose instinct is to immediately cop an attitude & be aggressive should be in *customer service*. Won’t be returning. Hope he enjoys his career in shoe sales.

The friendliness of the staff was very nice the manger Willam helped in the assistant of his staff I give them a 10 it was me and my husband first time shopping here but will return .

I have been trying to make a return for the past several weeks and each time the assistant store manager has been very rude and unhelpful when explaining why or how long it’ll be until I’m able to return my belongings. He then proceeded to give me a completely different reason during my most recent shopping trip that a return cannot be made because they are not accepting any form of payment outside of cash and due to my original payment being made via card. When I asked to speak to his superior about the concern, he proceeded to tell me he’s not going to give me his name nor contact info because “he’s going to tell me the same thing” - And then proceeded to not disclose his name when I asked who he was! This place needs to be ran by someone more competent in the area of customer relations. Never giving this location my money again!

I HAD a very bad experience at Snipes in the mall. Whoever the day time manager is on Fridays is super rude, ignores customers, I was there for shoes and shorts, he was very short with me, shouldn't be on any sales floor ever. Hes white maybe Mexican. Anyways something needs changed asap

I went to this store to buy a pair of sneakers and I got to say your employees need taught about customer service I asked a man that works there if they had shoes in mine and my teenagers size the man said I got you then walked to the counter and ignored us we went and asked the female that works there and she rolled her eyes at us and acted like we are a burden we waited and the female went to the counter to talk to the other employees about her social life so after waiting for more than thirty minutes we left.

Bought brand new Jordan’s junk after a hour they squeak when you walking don’t waste ur money there they won’t make it right lame customer service, and act like you didn’t work anyways and barely did anything there u won’t exchange them got some fakes

Reece the asst manager at the Franklin Square mall was so helpful! I'm new to the area, had a big issue and she made everything work out for me! Please give her praise bcuz I am already telling my friends and family to go to that specific store for shoes and clothes . I will be back for school shoes and clothes in a couple months, thanks!
