This is my second experience with Soma and honestly I did not expect the hostility I received while trying to make an even exchange. I got 3 bras from a sale and 2 were perfectly fine but the third had a bent clasp. I understand following policy guidelines but their receipts literally say "wash it, wear it, love it or return within 60 days of purchase" Never recommending this location to anyone as the store MANAGER is the one who took care of me and never offered any assistance. Such vile behavior for what?

I love Soma bras! They are pricey, but the silkiness of the fabric and the overall comfort is worth it! Besides, if you sign up for their rewards program, you find out about their sales, like today's 3 bras for $99. You also get coupons. I went in for their cool nights pj's and came out with more!

I tried to support a similar, local store, but was treated with a level of disdain . I went here instead and was very pleased with the service that I received. Their staff was attentive, supportive (figuratively not literally) and very, very accommodating. Also SO knowledgeable.

“I love bra shopping!” said NO woman ever…. Until today. I called yesterday to make sure they had items I wanted to try on in stock and Angela was super helpful to check on each item and confirm.
My experience in store was even BETTER!! Angela was there to assist me and found the bras I was looking for plus a few others. She even went to the back a few times to look for additional sizes/styles. She also told me about donating old bras for a cash discount! Who doesn’t love saving money?
This was hands down THE BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. And I will most definitely shop in-store here again. Thanks Angela!

I went to Soma at the Promenade shoppes. This was my first time shopping Soma. I had a bra fitting appointment. I found out I’ve been wearing the wrong size for years! Michelle was so awesome to work with! I feel like she went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed like she genuinely cared that I felt good about my purchases. I have since spread the word to many other women. I hope they act on my recommendation. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Thank you for hanging up on me Emily during my question about the rewards program. This is the worst location in the valley, drive to Whitehall or Warrington if you enjoy friendly customer service. I've NEVER been greeted at this location. Twice the only words spoken by the person at checkout were "cash or card."
