Incredible dermatology clinic! Making an appointment was easy and it was very simple to call the clinic and get a real person on the phone (without having to listen to 5 minutes of automated messages like most doctor’s offices!). The office was SO CLEAN and I loved the decor and waiting area. It was so calming! I saw Dr. Kimberly Shao and she conducted a very thorough exam and explained everything so clearly. She discussed my future plan of care and I left feeling very confident about my dermatology needs! I will be a returning customer, for sure! Thank you, Sora!

This is a beautiful and well-run dermatologist office. I’ve always hated going to dermatologist offices because every one I’ve been to is behind schedule, over-stuffed with promotional flyers/products, and the doctors barely spend any time with you.

My experience here was the opposite. Scheduling was easy, check in was minimal, and my appointment was on time. The waiting room is airy, nicely decorated, and offers complimentary espresso pods and cold drinks. Dr. Shao took her time with my appointment and answered all my questions. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an annual skin check but never felt rushed.

There are dermatologists closer to me but I’ll continue to see and recommend this practice based on my great experience here.

What a wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional in every sense. I went in for a consultation and they ended up performing a treatment on the spot. It was a great experience from start to finish. Very reasonably priced for a cosmetic procedure and pain free throughout.

I'm so happy I found Sora Dermatology! You can schedule appointments online, there is easy parking at the office, and all of the staff is so kind and friendly. Dr. Shao listened to all my concerns and explained all my options. The office is spacious, beautiful, and they care about little details like warming blankets so you are comfortable in the exam rooms. Highly recommend Sora for any dermatology needs!

Dr. Shao and her team at Sora are fantastic. I've already been a couple of times and my experience each time has been outstanding. The facilities are beautiful and immediately put me at ease. The staff all had smiling faces and were incredibly helpful, even when I messed up scheduling. Dr. Shao made me feel comfortable and educated throughout the whole process. She talked me through my options and truly cared about my experience and the outcome of my treatments. I will definitely be going back and would trust any of my family members with the team at Sora Dermatology! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
