Amanda's Thai massage is wonderful. She blends sound and aromatherapy into the session. I always leave feeling relaxed and uplifted. I can tell that my entire energy system is flowing properly when I leave. I highly recommend making a appointment.

Taking Amanda’s yoga class was a wonderful experience! The space is calming and beautiful with a giant mural of Pikes Peak. I loved how Amanda incorporated different meditation, breath work, and singing bowls into the class. She took the time to welcome me and get to know me, and the other students did as well. I loved that she texted me before class to make sure I knew where to go. I drove from Colorado Springs to attend class in Cascade, and it was definitely worth it!

What a great yoga studio! The art and the energy in the room are amazing. Amanda is a very knowledgeable yoga teacher that makes sure to spend a good amount of time on our breathing and mind exercise rather than just body movement. Whenever I can, I attend her classes. They are always highlight of my week.

She is also a great masseur! Already looking forward to my next massage and yoga flow.

Amanda is a remarkable therapist with many talents. Her Thai Massage is very healing and invigorating and I thoroughly enjoy them.
I recently had a Sound Bath session with her and beyond being incredibly relaxing I experienced something incredible. I normally don't dream or dream anything that makes sense or memorable. After that Sound Bath I have had consistent Vivid dreams. Those frequencies are healing and did some profound release work in me. No doubt I will be back

Amanda came to our retreat house and led a yoga + sound healing session. We opted for a gentler flow and a few of us even woke up the next day sore! We all loved the sound healing session especially as it echoed beautifully in our room. Highly recommend!

Amanda came to a women's retreat nearby for a yoga and sound bath session and it was so great! She asked what type of flow we were looking for and guided us through a lovely session. She finished with the sound bath during the resting period and also shared some amazing essential oils to wind us down.

This was my first time meeting Amanda and I experimented with Reiki. It was such a positive experience and as my week has progressed I have noticed changes within myself. Amanda is so kind, flexible and thorough, she does not make you feel rushed and explains everything in full. I highly recommend Amanda and will be going back myself.
