I called Sally for a last minute hair dye for my wedding and she got me in the same day! Because of her, my hair looked beautiful and natural on the wedding day! It's been a couple weeks and my hair still looks and feels great. It's soft and so healthy since she did it! She was also super helpful and passionate about skincare questions I had for me and my husband!

Sally has been highlighting my hair since I moved to Willits over 20 years ago. She is the best colorist I've ever had and I've been dying my hair since high school so that says a lot! Last time I saw her she did a new cut for me with bangs. Love it!

I explicitly asked for a simple line up over my ears and to not take anything off. Sally was very kind but ended up cutting my hair without any consultation and to add to the frustration it was uneven. She asked me the same questions over and over, I think she is a bit checked out. Would not recommend going here for a haircut.

Sally is a very sweet lady and means well but my haircut is a disaster. I asked to have my hair trimmed to my collar bone but ended up below my ears. She just kept on cutting and cutting and I had to tell her to stop !! I am extremely mad and sad because my haircut looks like nothing, I hate it. I am usually not that attached to my hair but this is the worse I have ever had. She has no technical experience on how to cut hair and I think she has early stage of Alzheimer.

Sally is a lovely person, though I am really not happy with my haircut unfortunately. I asked for a trim, something extremely simple (just a straight trim across the bottom) and left with 4+ inches taken off without any discussion. She just kept cutting and I didn't realize until it was done how much she had taken off.

Also, her scissors aren't sharp so the next day I was looking at my hair in the sun and saw tons of split ends from the haircut... You need to sharpen your scissors regularly if you are a salon. Literally my hair is damaged from the cut and worse off than before I came in. 🙁

She has a good heart and means well, but I'm bummed because my hair was long and now it is short. And I need to go somewhere else and get it cut even more to clean it up. Boo. 🙁

Probably good for children's cuts. This is kind of like going to your auntie's house for a haircut...

Sally is wonderful! I first went to her for help with my colored, permed hair. She advised based on my hair's health. She uses the best products available.
I followed her advise and now I have healthy and strong hair again.

Sally, I dropped in a few weeks ago while on vacation in Mendocino. The end result was perfect for my new short ‘embrace the gray’ style. I love it and so does everyone else! I also enjoyed our conversation and your warm hospitality. Worth a drive from Vacaville in the future for a trim.
