After visiting several nurseries in the area, this is by far the best nursery and best selection of interesting succulents. Kerry showed me some of his cooler plants and helped me find some new huernias and a mid-bloom stapelia at a really reasonable price.

Southwest Gardens is my absolute favorite nursery. The staff is knowledgeable and always kind. Cary is phenomenal and I’m so lucky to have found them a few years ago. I love stopping in every so often and seeing the selection of plants and pots. Sorry it took so long for a review!!

I’m a succulent collector and I do retail and wholesale as well.
Southwest gardens is definitely wowed me with their succulent collection.
Of course they have more than succulents. Like soil, pots, seeds, other exotic plants as well

One of the best places for plants, soil, and pots! They have my favorite organic soil and a nice selection of houseplants. Their bigger greenhouse is full of succulents! Knowledgeable staff and pest free plants 🩵

Southwest Gardens is a small but wonderful garden center. It's what garden centers used to be. Their plants are very high-quality, and they have a great selection of cacti. The staff were very friendly and helpful, too. The experience made me miss working in a greenhouse.

i love this place. i could stay in there for hours looking at the beautiful varieties of plants. The employees are all super friendly and helpful as well.

Update on review.
One of my plants has bugs. I dont blame the place, I know bugs are very possible and likely with that big of a place, even in a small place. My complaint is how huffy they got when I brought it back to their attention. Service not so friendly. Thanks for the poison to kill 'em,
Keep the service and the attitude.
All I really wanted was help, so not to get my other plants infested- wasnt even asking for my money back. Maybe I should have 🤷🏻‍♀️

Came in looking for succulents, but was disappointed with the selection. Half of the store wasn't for sale. I still purchased a few & when I got home I realized that two of the succulents in the pot weren't even rooted. They were just stuck on top for decoration I suppose 😂
The other plants that I got looked really healthy & I was pretty pleased with them.

A lovely plant store. We were able to get lots of small plants for $3 each(like some herbs), and they have some really pretty pots.
I felt like a huge selection of their best plants were marked off as “Sold” though, so only 4 stars.
