Very nice spa. Massage therapist was very professional, only asking specific questions to my Massage giving me the quiet, relaxing space I needed. I LOVED the mango sugar scrub they had in the showers. I didn't use the sauna or hot tub, but next time I will! They book way in advance so don't wait until the last minute to book. They won't have availability. Overall, I'll definitely be back.

Second visit in a row the “spa” had tea to brew but nothing to brew it in. It had sugar and creamer but no coffee pot except a k-cup machine with no k-cups. Had 6 old orange and no slippers in my size. If you didn’t bring a swimsuit, the only thing available is the shower that doesn’t have enough hot water to enjoy. It was a lackluster experience twice in a row.

I had the most fabulous visit to the Wind Creek Spa. This was my first appointment. With a wonderful greeting from the sweet lady at the counter to the second wonderful greeting from the lady that takes you to your changing room. I was given a tour of the area and given a locker for my personals. Every single employee was courteous and pleasant. I was scheduled for a relaxation massage with Chris. He was professional and focuses on the areas I requested. I took full advantage of all of the amenities there at the spa. The sauna and the steam room were wonderful. I enjoyed the cold pool the best. The hottub had a beautiful water feature that insisted you will relax. The pool area outside is private. It's such a nice setting with chairs. The setting areas and relaxing and cozy with waters and juice. Bowls of fruit are availableas well. They offered use of showers with eucalyptus spray wich was anazing. Available for use were razors, sugar scrub and shaving cream. They had hair bushes and hair ties along with styling tools and hairspray. Lotion and Qtips. I absolutely cannot complement them more. This trip for me was while I was on vacation and it exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful to be able to have access to such a relaxing environment. Thank you to all the staff and Wind Creek Spa. You literally made my day wonderful!

I've really enjoyed the comped spa appts, getting to know the employees and utilizing the spa amenities before or after different spa appointments such as massages and facials.

I wish I had used all of my spa comps all the years I didn't!! Had no idea what I was missing!!

Very clean, organized and orderly, well-stocked and safe. They offer lockers to store your personal belongings while you enjoy the spa.

You'll be given a nice comfy robe, flip flops..all you need is your swimsuit!!!.. and have access to the sauna, steam room, changing room, restrooms, showers, state of the art whirlpool/jacuzzi with multiple jets and mini waterfalls, fruit juices, water, snacks(like chex mix with peanuts and pretzels), vanity mirrors.

The spa is stocked with free lotions, hair products, razors, hair dryer, curling iron, hairstyle products, deodorant, qtips, cottonballs, an abundance of white towels, hand cloths, and even a swimsuit dryer.

A beautiful, relaxing, fireplace and comfy couches and chairs to relax on while you snack and wait for your spa appts to wonderfully, relaxing, gentle spa and nature sounds...very timely as far as spa appts so don't be late so you hve time to change into your spa attire before your appts!!

Wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable staff and even a gift shop should you want or need to purchase any products used in the spa or for gifts or poolside, outdoor events attire, cooking studio(which I still need to try) gift items, and so much more!! If you have comps or not, I highly recommend WCA spa and everything is relatively reasonably priced...you just pay upfront for any services that aren't comped as well as gratuity. Enjoy! I always do!! I will try to take more pics next time...truly so much more to see and do than what I have posted!!😍🤗🥰✌️

The staff are AMAZING!!! Excellent amenities and services from facials to manicure/pedicures; relaxation, deep tissue, and couples massages. Caleb, at the desk, is attentive and helpful. Lakieshia and Chris are FANTASTIC massage therapists.

The only negative I can say is that they need to update the place and not put rotten fruit out. But…..The amenities are very clean. Flip flops, razors, shaving cream, deodorant… anything you forget they have there foe your use. Very quiet and not over crowded. The massage techs were very professional and good at their jobs.

A much needed spa day? Try the spa at wind creek casino and entertainment complex located off hiway 31 near 65 in Atmore Alabama. A full service spa with an assortment of massages, facials, manicures,etc. we had the 80 minute deep tissue for couples and it was wonderful. The environment is relaxing and clean with mens and Womens separate areas and a communal area. Steam rooms(womens wasn’t working that’s why they get a four star)) sauna, hot and cold whirlpool with waterfalls, free lockers, fully stocked showers and private changing rooms.Very accommodating and friendly staff. Fruit water and snacks available. Gift shop with mens and Womens products including swim wear in case you forgot yours. An hour prior and after your treatment you can enjoy the facility at no extra charge. There are cooking classes available and the casino has several dining options however, no liquor on Sunday. So if you’re looking to get away and relax for a few hours or have an event like a wedding, birthday, or anniversary, try the wind creek spa….and say ahhhhhh!
