My spouse and I received massages (both) and a facial (just me) at this lovely facility. We were greeted warmly by Tamara at the desk and then given excellent care by Caitlin and Celine. They were expert, attentive, and personable. I then received a facial treatment from Caitlin, as well. She listened carefully to my concerns, remembered the care I appreciated best from the massage, and transferred it into the facial routine where possible. Caitlin is also an amazing listener. What a wonderful experience! Thanks so much, ladies!

Was surprised with a spa day for my birthday I received a relaxation massage and pedicure. The massage was done by Julie 100% she dos a great job, minimal talking just to give directions then she rubbed me with perfect pressure without having to be told. I LOVED IT. My only critique is the rubbing lotion should be kept warm because every time it was reapplied I could feel the temperature. The pedicure was done by Maria good job as well but the polish options I picked 34 which was a bright red and that is not the color I ended up with. Also while I was getting my pedicure the fire alarm started going off nothing they could do but it interrupted the relaxation mood. Last it seems all the receptionists were new as they didn’t know how to read notes and the one person who was aware and know it was a surprise wasn’t there at my check out time to follow the directions specific to it being a surprise even between my two services the receptionist was about to let me leave because she didn’t know I had a second service (neither did I it was a surprise) and the manager had to tell her to read the notes. Over all Julie being my first service set the tone!! Thank you

First time going to a spa and this was a very good first experience! I booked the 25 minute relaxation massage for my mom and I.

The workers make you feel very welcome and are really nice. The facility is clean and the ambiance puts you in relaxation mood right away. Massages themselves were amazing and I'm definitely coming back next time I visit.

Julie and Meggan were our staff and they were absolutely lovely!

Definitely recomend 👍

Absolutely must try! The team member that I had is the embodiment of what a spa should make you feel . I did the 2 hr treatment and I feel everyone should try it once . Very clean respectful and most of all restful feel afterwards .

We came here about a month ago for pedicures for my birthday. We came early and filled out our forms. The lady at the front desk was new so she took a bit to check us in. The girls that did our pedicures were nice but not very talkative. Wasn't like the pedicure I have had in the past. Also the weekend pricing is Friday thru Sunday. I would think a weekend would be Saturday and Sunday. That should be on the website what a weekend is considered. About a week after our pedicures my mom's nail polish was already coming off. The undersides of our feet were not done like in the past. I developed a pretty large hang nail on one of my toes from this pedicure, come to find out my nail had cracked. While the service was good something has changed about it and I don't think we will be back here again.

I purchased a Black Friday deal that included a massage, facial, and halotherapy. I’ve been to several resorts and had several massages and facials over the years. The price point is very much resort pricing with a very average experience. The check in girl Madelin gave me very little direction: “fill out the form, leave it here, and you can change in the locker room”. I didn’t get a tour of it and couldn’t find a robe, the hand soap was out, as was the toilet paper. There are no slippers or sandals either.

Celine gave me a lovely massage. The heat packs were a wonderful addition although I never got asked about pressure but I still found it relaxing and enjoyable.

Facial (forgot her name) was pretty basic. The table was oddly short and I’m not that tall (5’5”). Basically 4-parts to the facial; cleanser, exfoliate, mask with neck and shoulder massage, and final moisturizer (I assume?). I wasn’t told what steps she was on. No extractions or steam usage.

After I finished my massage, the check-in girl took me to the halotherapy room. Having never done it, I didn’t know what to expect, and she just opened up the door for me without any real direction on what I was gonna be doing or experiencing. It was basically a Room of Himalayan salt and for chairs with Ottomans— you just sit in there. I don’t think I would have paid $50 for that if it wasn’t included in the deal. There was a vent that it sounded like some thing that was blowing into the room, and when I asked her what it was, she wasn’t sure.

As I was checking out, I was asked how much I wanted to leave for a tip. I know it’s a small detail, but something like “would you like to leave a tip” would have landed a bit better. Overall, for the price, the experience just landed a little short for me. I’m not sure I’d be back again.

My adult daughters and I each had delightful massages this weekend. Maura (provider for both me and one daughter) gave each of us the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Wonderful! BTW— I am more of a talker than my daughter. Maura accommodated each of our personalities expertly.👍🏻❤️

Update - the Spa Manager reached out to me and did what she could to make it right. I felt she was genuine and I am comfortable going back to give them another shot. Will update again if I ever get back that way.

Original-I booked a 90 minute massage for my sister in law and an herbal detox body treatment for myself. My technician talked about every inappropriate topic you could imagine - during my very expensive, relaxation service.

When I met back up with my SIL she told me her full body massage wasn't that at all. She was told to lie on her back and was never turned over through the entire 90 minutes. She was never asked if there was anything specific he wanted to focus on. She said her throat was rubbed for a half hour. She also said her technician talked the entire time. Not asking her questions about herself but telling her her life story.

I asked reception if it's normal to stay on one side for an entire 90 minute massage, she looked at who the tech was and said, "oh, she's great". The receptionist didn't leave us an option to tip, so we had to run a second transaction (annoying) and then she tried to guilt me into tipping more than I wanted. Even though we were not satisfied and nothing was done about our complaint.

I am a licensed Esthetician and I own a small business providing services. I am appalled at this spa and will never recommend anyone waste their money or time here.
