My partner and I visited Spa Moments Studio for a pampering package for two. It came with a facial, massage and reflexology. Gina and Bridgette were AMAZING. They were welcoming and kind, professional. The place was relaxing and cozy. The massage was great, the facial was great. I'd definitely come back and you won't regret visiting!

I received a Groupon for Christmas for spa treatment, unfortunately my situation did not allow me to be able to use this wonderful gift. Gina was so gracious and went above and beyond to help me with my situation! I cannot thank her enough for turning my desperate situation completely around! I can't wait to visit her spa in the future, I know the service will be spectacular!!

I've been with Gina since she was the then owner of Spa Moments and now Spa Moments Studio in Castle Rock. I met her back in 2016 and still going to her for my waxing at her new location as she no longer owns Spa Moments. She is very good at what she does and recommend highly. I'm not sure what the other reviews were about in terms of mandatory 20% gratuity, but that's never been the case for me. I voluntarily venmo the gratuity. Gina is a business woman, so there are clear guidelines about cancellations - must give 24 hours. Don't expect to get a full treatment if you're late.

Please please please read reviews on all sites and take them into account. Booked here for my wife. Could not get anyone to answer the phone or return a message. Only way they would communicate was via text.

My wife found Gina to be cold. They are very big on getting tip up front. My understanding is that the interior of the building is not in the best of shape and neither is the salon conducive to a relaxing experience.

I was able to get a refund via Groupon, but this is definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I absolutely would not recommend this spa to anyone.

Gina is fantastic! I received a Groupon as a gift for her Spa package and it was a great experience from start to finish! Easy to create an appointment, received a text follow up and I had no issue with the gratuity request. Easy to find parking and the studio. Polite and friendly greeting! Loved the personalized treatment with lotion and candle choice along with a professional massage. I’ve had many massages and Gina was amazing, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what I wanted. It was my first facial and Gina talked me through what to expect and I was very pleased with her services! I would recommend Gina again and I will continue to use her for future spa needs! Thanks Gina for being yourself which is sweet, polite and funny! This was my first time meeting her and the studio and I am very happy to have had a positive experience!

I found Gina about 7 years ago on a Groupon. She was in her Centennial location. I loved the fact that she was very clear and upfront before your appointment that gratuity is owed on the full service so her clinicians get taken care of. But beyond that, I got lucky to have Gina. She was very, very kind, very funny and made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. It started off with a waxing appointment. Seven years later, I’m still coming to Gina And getting anything from massages to facials to waxing services, she does it all and so do her staff. She and her staff are awesome. My skin has never looked better, I leave there feeling relaxed after massages, she is wonderful. She is right on the main street in downtown Castle Rock. 11/10 recommend.
