I had an unpleasant experience. I was denied treatment for a massage due to a bump that I have on the back of my neck because "it could be cancer". I told her that I recently had a baby and got my blood drawn and I know for a fact that I do not have cancer. However, even after explanation and sharing that I have a doctorate degree in the medical profession, she said she felt uncomfortable and could not do it. It was pretty frustrating because I had to make this appointment 6 months prior because of their limited availability and I had to find childcare day of to attend this appointment.

I do not want others to have this experience which is why I am sharing that if you have a mole, any brown spot lesion, a bump or cyst of any kind just know that you may be denied treatment due to the chance that it may be cancer. And you may ignorantly be told that you could have cancer and that massages can spread cancer.

I had the most amazing experience at Spargo. Soon to be college freshman, I wanted a new look! My hair was damaged and box dyed before going in, so it needed a great deal of work. Sloane made sure every single detail was perfect and I was walking away with something I loved!

I am very dissatisfied to see that Julina is no longer employed and I can’t book massage services with her. She was the most welcoming and quite frankly everyone else is rude and makes things super uncomfortable. I won’t be returning and wish Julina the best on her future endeavors. This place can close down at this point.

Amazing spa. I have been going to this spa since it has opened - it is truly a luxurious experience. I would especially recommend the massage service and the infinity soak tub. It has been increasingly difficult to get an appointment for these 2 services. The spa opens up all 2025 reservations on September 1, 2024. Hopefully our discussion will lead to the implementation of a rolling schedule to allow greater opportunities to make appointments.
