Helen was absolutely amazing! I have had many of massages before but i mean when i say this… she was the best I’ve ever had!!! She listened to every need and actually helped my body so so so much. I didn’t know certain spots of mine were causing me so much pain and she relieved my pain instantly with out us even talking. Just by feeling where i had the knocks. She even did my knees. which i have never had before and omg that was so nice! I’ll definitely be back and i think i found my new masseuse. She even is super super sweet!

I made an appointment for a body treatment about a week ago and it wasn't easy. There weren't a lot of spots available but I finally got one. Then 12 minutes before my appointment, as I was pulling into the parking lot, AFTER DRIVING ALMOST 30 MINUTES to get there, they called to cancel on me because my provider had just gotten sick.
Twelve minutes before my appointment? Really?
I understand that things do happen but now reading these reviews, I see it's happened before, not always with the same provider but still!
Needless to say, I've found a different spa and I'll never come here.
Oh and I forgot to mention that when a called in to ask a question a few days ago, the guy who answered was pretty short and rude, definitely not someone ready to answer the phone.

Loved my first experience! I had a prenatal (maternity) massage, and Alison was so considerate, professional and caring, it made my first prenatal session so pleasant!
The atmosphere was very relaxing, from music to lights to decorations you don’t really feel like you are in the city center of Boulder.
