First time there. Overall great visit! Minimal wait time, front desk & nurse staff were friendly and efficient. Doctor Colleen S was also very friendly& kind, as well as thorough & knowledgeable. Answered all questions. Doctor and staff made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the check in process. Doctor Potter examined my collarbone, the area of concern. He suggested that I should be scheduled for an ultrasound. He then gave me two shots for the bumps on my forehead left from my bout with Shingles several years ago. I thanked him for his service and wished him a happy Thanksgiving. Overall, a good experience.

Practitioner Cynthia Hill was wonderful—thorough with the exam, answered all questions with clear explanations, provided treatment while telling me what’s going on. I’ve had bad experiences with routine skin checks elsewhere before, but this was not one of them. Office and support staff also provided excellent service.

Appointment was very fast. Waited 1 minute after signing in to be taken to room. Was barely in gown when doctor entered. A quick survey of my skin and freezing of about 5 spots and I was done. My appointment was for 10:45. I arrived about 10:37 and was done at 10:48. Very efficient.

Overall I'm going to give this place 5 stars. I've never had a bad experience with these guys. Nor a rude staff member. The one thing I will say is if you have breathing issues - be prepared. The medical side has a heavy smell of alcohol mixed with some sort of fragrance at the desk and lobby. Difficult for my Pulmonary issues. Once you're past that, it's good.

I was so impressed with the service this office provided. It was my first time here and my appointment was right on time. No waiting in the exam room, the Dr was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Luckily I only had a couple of spots to burn off and was out the door. The only issue I found was in the parking lot. It's too small and hard to get in and out of. My husband wrecked the front end of his car on the cement blocks. Please be careful.

The office staff is quite nice and easy to deal with. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was brought back at 12:30. The medical assistant was friendly and got me ready for my doctors visit. My doctor was thorough , efficient as well as friendly. I was finished and out the door in 15 minutes. Impressive.

Had a consultation with NP Dohn and it went so well. He took the time to explain optiins, benefits and risks for the treatment my son was wanting. I highly recommend them and am excited for the treatment Dhon recommended. Do not hesitate to make an appointment as this office and staff were top notch!
