I have been getting my hair cut here for about 2 years and I usually choose first available as no one has really stood out that I would want to pick as my go-to barber. That changed yesterday when I met Cindy and let her cut my hair. Talk about thorough and attentive. She was very nice and did exactly what I asked. Her energy is great, and she isn't about gossip which is very nice. I am glad they hired her, and I hope she is there for many years.

Nothing was mentioned about the store closing early and or what time. As soon as I walked in the store to get a cut because it says no appointment necessary. The lady immediately had an attitude and said no I still have two more appointments and I’m already supposed to be gone (I had no clue when her appointments where and or what time she was or wasn’t supposed to have been leaving). I politely asked if there was any possible way she could work in one more cut because the sign said no appointment necessary and there was no signs mentioning closing early anywhere. Not even on the website. We live almost an hour away and I called prior to heading there and was not told about the hours of operations changing today. Since we traveled so far I even offered her an exceptional tip for her time if she could simply help up out. She continued with her smart a** attitude and rudely refused. I walked out to make sure I didn’t over look signs stating they where closing early and when I still didn’t see any i walked back in and tried to politely asked her for her name and suggest that next time if they are closing early to put up notices. As soon as I opened the door she came around her chair and beside the front counter and was yelling something at me that I couldn’t make out so I immediately walked back out. I asked a gentleman that walked out right after that what that lady’s name was and he said Rachel. I pulled over into the side parking area to write this review and not even three sentences in I noticed a Cullman county sheriff pull up behind me. He took mine and my passengers ID’s ran them came back to my car and politely asked us not to ever go back to that store. I reassured him that would definitely not ever happen. I wouldn’t ever go back there again even if he wouldn’t have said that. Simply because the way I was treated and disrespected. I would love for the store manager or better yet the district manager to contact me concerning this matter. I’ve never in my life been treated like that by anybody for just asking simple questions. A simple genuine apology for the inconvenience would have sufficed. She had no reason to called the law on me and was completely uncalled for and an unnecessary extreme!! I will be following up on this situation with the store manager but hopefully the district manager or maybe even both.

Have used the Cullman Alabama facility twice, with both experiences being completely satisfied. The cosmologist, Cindy, at my second visit, done an excellent job cutting a fade for me. I would say one of the best I’ve ever had and much appreciated. Kudos to Cindy!

Rachel is amazing! Having curly hair makes it difficult to find someone that has the training to cut it correctly. She is knowledgeable in all aspects that her n I discussed. I will be going back for Rachel to cut my hair again

Great service, Tracy was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment for me, checking in was easy, watched a college basketball game on the TV while I waited for my haircut, Ivy did a great job on my haircut and was friendly. Great people, great place.

Absolute rudest place I've ever been to in my entire life. The woman with curly hair that works there I don't remember her name absolutely butchered my hair and then when I called her out on messing it up she got an attitude
