Excellent care received here today. Kathleen Kearns was the provider who took care of me. She was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions and provided me with a treatment plan for me to follow until I return to my home state and see my PCP. I never once felt rushed.
Would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and would also highly recommend Kathleen Kearns.

Best urgent care I’ve ever visited! On a trip 2,000 miles away from home with a sickness that had been going on for about 6 days. Check in was simple, brought back almost immediately, and the nurse & PA who treated me were SO kind and compassionate. They both completed very thorough exams, and it was obvious they excel in their profession. One of the first times I’ve ever been seen by medical providers who truly listened to me and recognized I had an issue. The kindness and care received was superb, even though they were very close to closing for the day.
Labs were done and I had been called back within 30 minutes of the office opening the next day.
10/10 would recommend.

I had a terrible experience! I went in with aching ear pain for the doctor to tell me right away that I had strange symptoms before she checked me! I was sent home a couple minutes later with no prescription a a big fee to pay for only being in there for maybe 10 min! I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied! Won’t be going back in!

The service here is quick, and the personnel is very nice and friendly. The welcoming employees, the nurses, and the doctor were very nice. The out-of-pocket price is also manageable.

My daughter got sick while on vacation, which is never ideal! But our experience here was great. The facility is clean, everyone was extremely friendly, and the PA who saw my daughter was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and clearly very good with kids. She was thorough and I did not feel we were just trying to be moved along. Though I wish we didn’t need to go to urgent care on our trip, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience being away from our regular doctors at home.

CeCe is truly the best practitioner - she's incredibly sympathetic, knowledgeable, and supportive. She diagnosed me right away and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I was recently on vacation in Jackson and had to go to urgent care due to some severe abdominal pain. This facility was fantastic in how they took care of me and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I had to be referred to the hospital for a CT scan and then met with Dr Kappenman to discuss results. He told me that I had a kidney stone and I needed to see a urologist. Dr Kappenman had already contacted a urologist and got an appointment for me. The staff was friendly and efficient. This was definitely not on my list of things to do on vacation, but this facility made a bad situation more manageable.
