I go to the beauty supply store often but this particular day there was an older woman seems to be in her 60s who tried to return something that her daughter gave her for Mother’s Day. The cashier was extremely rude to her as she was explaining her return .the young lady Began to call someone else over the intercom to assist the return and say that “I don’t have time for this” and walked off on the lady.
They’re older woman began to apologize if she came off rude in any way and she was very nonchalant , Absolutely disgusting

The worst customer service, the workers walk pass you, don't ask if they could help you. When I asked someone to help, they seemed to have an attitude. Never came back to see if I need anything else. I had to ask someone else for help. It's our fault, because we continue to support these businesses. Obviously they don't care if customers are satisfied.

Let me start by saying that I have spent hundreds of dollars at this beauty supply store. Today I had a horrible experience and a profund example of lack of customer service and integrity. I purchased earrings a braiding rack and 2 bottles of Star Beauty oil. I saw a sign that said it was on sale for $3.99 reg price $7.99. When it rung up it stated $7.99. I told the cashier that the sign says $3.99. I said that that price should be honored as good cust service practice. She stated she had to talk to the manager. I qnt and took a picture of the sign. The manager came and stated none has to charge me $7.99 because they forgot to remove the sign on an old sale. That is not my fault!. I told the manager that good customer svc practices that posted $3.99 price should be honored. He said he did not care about customer service. I said I would file a complaint he said he did not care!. For me it's the principal more than anything, integrity and lack of customer service. A shame with all the money we spend because he and the cashier did not look like me. I am so disappointed I wrote this review in the parking lot.

@shanellwalter Hello I been working here for a year and that sign on our door been up for 2 years we definitely close at 7:50pm not 8 we clock out at 8 we lock our doors at 7:50 the only time he is able to let you in is when he haven’t locked the registers which is at 7:50 which is way the sign is up there.

I did not receive bad service but I have a problem with when I ask a question you want to point and tell me where I should go, this beauty supply store service at least 9 9. 9% African American customers, they employee 85% non African American people. Having someone who can assist, relate and provide better service to the community would make a big difference.

Locked doors 10 minutes before closed . I knocked on the door and the girl asked her manager and they said no . Yall close at 8PM not 7:50.!

This beauty supply store has a ton of products not just for ladies but for men too. They have a fantastic supply of beard care products including a wide variety of castor oils. I highly recommend this store for products essential for beard growth.
