I sent my daughter into store she was on face time with me and manager thought she was talking to her on the phone she stated she was on the phone and caught a nasty attitude with over the phone I called to see what happen and manager was very rude and talked to me very rude hung up in my face and had a nasty attitude towards me and my daughter that’s a minor because she thought she was talking to her when she was on the phone very poor customer service

I bought some very expensive hair and the lady said I could return it for store credit if I don’t use it. Didn’t even open one package of hair and when I tried to return it to get store credit, not even a refund, the mean Hispanic lady at the front said okay, then opened it and said no I can’t it has to be like it was when u bought it, even tho I didn’t even open it smh. I been going here for years and I am literally never coming here again!

Sterling Park Beauty Supply has been my go-to beauty supply store for 10+ years. They have everything under the Sun that you could ever need for hair care. They also have extensive cosmetics and nail supplies. The prices are ok but the selection of supplies are extensive. Open 7-days a week.

I feel discriminated against when I visited the store yesterday. I was asked for my ID when I used my debit card at check out. She took a while to verify that I have the same name on my Driver's license that I did on my debit card. if you're not asking everyone else for their id at checkout when using forms of cards then u need to ask yourself is it legal. I appreciate merchant asking g for verification but it didn't seem that way. Especially the Asian woman looking back n fourth at my cards like she was double n triple verifying one name. Very nice store but idk if that sat well with me
