I very recently stayed at Studio 6 suites Madera. My room was very nice, well lit room, color coordination very nice, comfortable bed. Nick the man who checked me in was quite professional, nice, very attentive, gone beyond. And the lady this morning who was there upon check out was nice as well. I will consider again plan on staying there in the future.

They are the rudest most disrespectful inconsiderate staff in the office both the husband and the wife treated me as if I was beneath them like subpar human and decided each day to change my rate and increase it for random reason they giving it made me pay $15 a day for my service animal even though that's against the law or they're going to kick me out and I had nowhere else to go since I'm from out of town so I had to stay a couple of days like that. One day I paid online and I was sick in bed with a migraine and the wife came and actually came into my room screaming at me yelling at me calling me names and telling me to get out in 5 minutes and everything else because and I quote "we don't check our system it's not our job to check and see if anybody has a reservation or paid for their room it's their job to come into the office and tell us they did it otherwise you didn't pay for your room it doesn't count it's not our job to check"I was already had such a bad migraine I almost couldn't even walk and then not had me in tears and that was just one of the days you know and then they like to scream at me one day I locked myself out while I was walking my dog at 6:00 in the morning and they refuse to let me in my room until 7:00 they lied to me and said that they were not on the property but then after an hour she came walking out of the side entrance to their private quarters she was there she just didn't want to come let me in and that I mean it's just on and on and on they're just rude and disrespectful they shouldn't even be allowed to deal with the general public let alone make somebody feel like they are beneath them because they are renting a room for them for $120 a day I can set the La Quinta and be treated like you know I'm important for the same price and be way more comfortable in Clinton and nicer cleaner place so I think that's what I'll do. No and I almost forgot about the day I rented the room when I checked in I paid you went deposit everything it was giving my key came open the door and the room was filthy he was condoms everywhere bloody sheets on the ground just disgusting they hadn't cleaned the room before they rented it to me

So I will start with this. I loved the Manager at the front desk. extremely friendly and understanding, apologized for the issues I'm about to mention, and over all a really great guy for his role. 10/10 I would recommend this places front desk service.

Now onto the issues. So we had to do a really early check in due to my mum's health issues. Which the manager was extremely understanding on, and which I am extremely appreciative for.
But once we got to the room the issues started. Firstly, the sheets weren't clean. One bed had what looked like lipstick stains on the fitted sheet, the other had blood stains on one of the pillows. Not a huge thing by itself.

The bathroom light flickered non-stop, which got annoying. It was like a strobe light at a rave. Lol.
Speaking of the bathroom, the drain pipe from the sink leaked and we had to put a towel under it. I called the front desk and some lady answered, I told her of the pipe issue and she said she'd send someone to fix it and never did. And the water closest doorknob didn't lock at all. Hell the door would barely close unless you put your back into it.

Now an issue with the house keeping staff itself.
The staff came in on time to do their job, no issue there. When they got to the 2nd room we reserved, they said it would take a few minutes to clean it. 40min later they were cleaning and said it would be another 30min till we could go in. Told.us that when they moved their cart that we could go in. Apparently they decided to go somewhere and leave they're cart there, because something like 2hrs later their cart was still in front of the room and we decided to go in anyway. As someone who's family has worked on hotels and such for 3 generations, it upsete to some point that the house keeping would just leave their cart, not only unattended, but tell a guest what they told us and then just leave their cart blocking the door while they go do whatever else for who knows how long.

Over all, while most of the people I stayed here with was unsatisfied fully, I was merely unsatisfied with the house keeping staff and the room needing some love. The manager took my issues gladly and apologized for everything and said he'll be talking with the house staff and will be looking to improve the rooms into a better condition.

I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future to give them another chance and see if they do improve after all. ^^

Nice bed, firm. But look at the pitiful job they done on the recent remodle? Waist of money. They should have hired somebody who atleast knows a carpenter, because this guy couldnt even spell it..And the night clerk really needs a personality. They shower handle was broke. I could not get any hot water.

This was an unknown, but it was also a delight. The room was beautifully lit and very comfortable. The amenities in the bathroom were very good and appropriate. Their pool is very clean and The staff was very kind and helpful. It seemed like he was happy to help, and truly desiring to be accommodating. I will definitely stay there if we are there again.For the price, we were surprised and how nice the hotel was. The lobby was well organized, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped.

Great place to go if you need rest most of the time , but if your next to a having a fun time guest....don't get upset just ask staff for anther spot, if there is room available your in;!! manager is very respectable .

This hotel is very clean. Staff are very pleasant especially in the front desk and welcoming.Price is very reasonable. Bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows Bathroom provided with generous toiletry. And water pressure is very strong. There is a microwave to heat up food, coffee maker with coffee and tea, and a good-sized refrigerator to store food. Will surely return.

It looks to be a relatively “new” building. Don't let the Studio6 brand scare you away from staying here! This is BY FAR the NICEST Studio6 I've ever seen. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and there was nothing to complain about. Rooms clean; linen fresh and crisp; towels good quality. Access to amenities good, The location is close to the freeway and there were a wide variety of restaurants just a couple of minutes from the hotel.Nice lobby, ample parking, beautifully furnished compact, immaculate room with very large bathroom,.Very fast and reliable internet connection. Went above and beyond, thanks to the staff. Overall, the property is maintained impeccably and is very well managed. Furthermore, I wish to commend Nick at the front desk for his attention to detail and excellent customer service.
