In the past I had a hard time enjoying my experiences having my hair done. Right away I was welcomed in with open arms! My hairstylist Becca was nothing but amazing! She took her time with my hair and making sure it was nothing but perfect! She was so funny and bubbly and made it fun for me the entire time! Becca also taught me so much about my hair and how to maintain it. Wonderful staff and what an amazing experience! I found my new home to spoil my hair! I will be back without hesitation!

I received a Groupon for the charcoal detox pedicure. After seeing some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about it, but Juni did a wonderful job. The salon was in the middle of moving to a new location when I went, but everything was still very clean and I didn't experience any of the hygiene concerns mentioned in other reviews. This was the best pedicure I've gotten in a while and I will definitely be back!

I received a gift pedicure and had my appointment today. It was a delightful experience and I enjoyed chatting with Juni. Her attention to my comfort and quality of service were wonderful. I had an appointment for 9a. No one was there to unlock the building for Emma (nail tech) and I. We waited 40 minutes in the parking lot until someone finally showed up to unlock the doors. Then they didn't have a code, so the alarm went off for several minutes.
Emma was great, but unfortunately was rushed due to losing 40 minutes. No issue with her at all, I felt bad for her.
Then they charged me the full amount, which was not worth that much due to being late and being rushed. I got nothing for the poor experience, even after asking. I work in retail and we do whatever we can to resolve a customer issue. Be careful coming here, the business doesn't care about their clients or customer service!

I love this salon! All my favorite products are there, and the prices are reasonable for high-end, luxury lines. They do carry mostly VEGAN products, which is awesome! I've had my nails done by Juni, who is so sweet and gentle with my sensitive feet. Becca does a wonderful job with cuts and balayage, so I'm pretty happy with my results. They even carry 100% real hair extensions, which I did try once, and loved. The owner stops in frequently, and is very welcoming, which is rare to find in a salon!

Went to Juni after reading good reviews... about pedicures. I had a gel manicure. Cuticle work was minimal. Polish was thick and lumpy. With color on my skin accidentally but not close to cuticles on sides of my nails. She realize this was a bad polish job and that it may chip, and then stated come back in a couple days and she’ll fix it, well it chipped in a few days. I went back, this time was better. But.. after 1 week one chipped and 4 I could peel off as an entire piece of polish. Well, 3rd time now..5 days in, chipping. I tried to explain my concerns and seemed uninterested the 3rd time. Definitely going back to my regular girl.
