i wasn’t going to leave a review but as the days continued i needed to get it off my chest. i decided to get my haircut and was so excited cause i usually only do my own hair (im also a licensed cosmetologist, i just no longer work in the profession) everything was going fine until she started to cut. i showed her example pictures - shorter hair with lots of layer and shorter face framing. she gave me BANGS, and not cute wispy face framing bangs. she tried to style them and she couldn’t even style them. she took a HUGE section (i have thin fine hair, it was most of my hair) and cut thick bangs. they hung in front of my eyes and blocked my forehead and to add to it they were completely crooked. i felt so ugly with my hair i had no idea what to do i had tears in my eyes while. with how bad the cut was and how i had my hair colored (blonde roots into black) the bangs ruined my color, i ended up having to color my hair solid black costing me more money after spending 40 on a horrendous haircut. i had to fix the bangs myself and the section was so terrible i will have to continue to pin hair of them back until they grow out.
if i could i would rate this experience 0 stars.

My hair stylist didn't really seem to know how to cut my hair. I brought in pictures and asked if she thought that cut would work with my hair(she barely looked at it)it does not look anything like the picture. She said I could come back and get it fixed? I JUST Paid you, what? Asked her not to use a razor, she did. I'm over all not happy. I'm sure this place is fine for simple haircuts, but if you want something more, or apparently you have fine smooth hair I would go somewhere else.

I've struggled to find a good place to get a haircut until I stumbled onto this place. Pamela did such an amazing job. Great attention to detail, and great customer service. It made me feel at home even though I'm over a thousand miles away from it! Will definitely return!

We did not have a good experience here. I made an appointment for both my girls (9 & 12) to get their haircut. Both girls were done by the same lady. We did walk in 3 minutes late which I understand is frustrating but as soon as we walked in the lady was super rude, over the top rude. My oldest daughter had some missed strands that I just fixed myself at home and the cut was wrong but it wasn’t terrible. As for my younger daughter who went 2nd, this lady cut her hair so bad we had to miss school the next day because it was completely butchered. I noticed a few missed spots in the front before leaving the appointment and had her fix them, but didn’t notice the rest until the next day after my daughter’s shower, because her hair was curled. Honestly I feel like it was intentional because there was no way the stylist missed as much as she did without noticing especially when styling. I also tipped her well because I was late even after the rude attitude the entire time. In other words I would not recommend this hair salon or at least avoid the older gal that works there. Wish I would have got her name.

We just moved to town and were looking for a place to get my son's hair cut. Styles Inc got us an appointment right away, and they were very punctual when we arrived, and very friendly. Tiffany was the stylist to cut my son's hair. I can say that he does not enjoy getting his hair cut, but Tiffany made him feel completely safe and comfortable. The cut took all of about 15 minutes, and all he talks about now is how he can't wait to go back! She did an amazing job, and we will definitely be booking an appointment with her again!

I’m getting married in less than a month and all I wanted was a little bit trimmed on the dead ends and my bangs cut and when I left I cried for over an hour. My hair looks AWFUL. I’ve been growing it out for a long time and it was finally the longest it’s been in years and she for one took way too much off and also just made it super choppy and uneven. I’m not at all over exaggerating my hair looks like it was cut by a 5 year old. My bangs didn’t even look close to what I asked for and were too short and when she blow dried my hair she combed through it with her fingers and kept yanking on it over and over instead of using a comb. I’m pretty disappointed and upset because now in order to fix it I’m gonna have to cut it short again. All I wanted was a trim and bangs to look good for my wedding which is so simple but now my hair looks horrible and choppy and not at all like I got it done professionally.

First hair cut was the best of my life. But they didn't put into their system the type of cut. Even after showing the same lady the pics of the previous cut she did. She messed it up the next 2 times. Hit or miss tbh. Probably gonna stick with SoS. Also they are pricey and political in there. Which is kinda weird. Idc who your voting for just cut my hair ok.

Me and my daughter went there for a cut and blow dry.... what a mess!!!! My hair was totally different from the picture I showed. When it was my daughters turn, she was so afraid to cut her hair. Then the 2 hairdressers starts to make very rude comments about us. They thought we don't understand English because we are foreigners.... and after all they overcharged us, I was so angry that I just paid and walked out. Definitely will not recommend them!!!
