my grandma was having hip and back pain and they diagnosed her with sciatica turns out there was a mass in her back, also she was scraped by the steps and they couldn’t even give her a bandaid, don’t come here.

update: it turned out to be breast cancer. if they had actually done a x-ray rather than walking in the room saying sciatica then leaving, maybe she would have a better chance with this happening. thanks a lot.

I received amazing care after falling at Sandstone Falls and cutting my knee. We are not from that area and felt weary about going to ER in a rural setting, especially during a pandemic. The staff took necessary steps that would be expected and were caring and attentive. I feel they went above and beyond to help me, especially the nurse that let me squeeze her hand as I was being stitched up. I am grateful to have received such good care from compassionate professionals.

Minimal testing. Don't take patients very seriously. Anything you go for, no matter how serious, they'll say "oh that's nothing." Smells of smoke.
