If you care for your loved one, I would not recommend letting them go to this place. My mom went in for some physical therapy and was there les than a week because of how she was treated. She would call me and text me in the middle of the night, so upset with how she was being treated. A cna named Natasha came in to her room, on her phone, talking loud with her boyfriend and my mom said something to her that she didn't like (old people say dumb things sometimes)so after she hung up from that point on she treated my mom like garbage. She called her names, turned the heat all the way up and wouldn't turn it down to the point my mom had to get out of her bed and wheel herself around the halls at 3am just to be able to cool off. My mom asked the administration that she not be allowed to come back into the room, and she was told that Natasha would not be allowed back in there. Apparently, other residents have also complained about her being on her phone loud and yelling at her boyfriend while in other residents' rooms.

The very next night, she came right back into my mom's room and told her she's allowed to be in there to take care of my mom's roommate. My mom said that she was talking to her roommate loud enough so that my mom could hear her and saying things like, "oh your skin is so beautiful and young looking, UN-LIKE YOUR ROOMMATE OVER THERE"
So technically, she was not saying it to my mom but saying those hurtful things about my mom to her roommate so that technically, she wasn't talking to her. She said everytime she would fall asleep, she would come in and pull on her blankets and ask her of she was ok and turn on the lights and just do petty stuff like that to make sure she didn't get any sleep. At this point in life, having to go to a rehab for any length of time is hard, but to be treated this way is atrocious. My mom was on a good path when she got there but all of this happened with this horrible cna who never got reprimanded and then my mom got covid there so we had her taken to the hospital and got her out of there. She's doing great now and still gets upset thinking about her time in this place. I feel sorry for those residents who can't speak or communicate what goes on around them and to them in this place or those who don't have family. I can't even imagine how they get treated. Does anyone actually work here? I live in Florida & have been trying to reach my dad for a week that is in this place for rehab. There are no phones in the rooms & most of the time no one answers at the front desk. If they do answer, they transfer me to the nurses station where no one is ever there. One time they answered & they have to transfer me to a cordless phone & take the phone to him. Absolutely ridiculous! My dad doesn't have a cell phone & it's impossible to get to talk to him. I work at a nursing home & this is unacceptable. It's a shame this place is so neglectful. I'm definitely not happy.

Staff is awesome!!! Head nurse is absolutely incredible!!! I'm sitting here in the lobby it's very clean smells amazing. And they have live music in the dining hall right now for the residents. I highly recommend this facility!!!
