I had my nails done somewhere else (new set) about one month prior to today. Called to make an appointment same day for a fill, they were available within 2 hours. I arrived and sat down with Sonny, he took the time to listen to what I was thinking I wanted in regards to shape and color. Very professional and answered questions with complete explanations, as well as provided additional useful information. Although he accidentally burned me with the Dremel, he apologized twice which I appreciate. No big deal, Dremel burns happen...I'm interested in checking out their pedicure next time. I'll be back 🙂

Super disappointing service 🙁 went in excited to get my nails done for the first time in years and left upset and ripped off. Extremely standoffish and unfriendly staff. The man was extremely rough with my arms and hands and raised his voice at me multiple times.

The “massage” portion of the manicure was so rough and jerky that he hit my elbow into the table multiple times, my boyfriend who was watching from the front thought he was “disinfecting my arms” and I think that tells you everything you need to know 💀 when pushing back my cuticle he was extremely rough as well.

Wasn’t spoken to or made eye contact with the entire time. As someone with anxiety this was the most stressful experience ever.

Besides all of that, the nails themselves are messy and unprofessional. As someone without any training at all, I could easily do a better job at home.

Save your money and go somewhere where they’ll treat you like a human!
