Best carrot cake you'll ever eat! I've tried a lot of different types of carrot cake over the years, and I usually end up disappointed. However, Susanna's "takes the cake" and is moist and has the depths of flavor a carrot cake should. You can't go wrong with any of her baked goods. Definitely recommend! She has a few GF options for gluten sensitive individuals as well.😊
