This was my first time from a recommendation. And I don't have a bad thing to say.. I was welcomed and enjoyed the experience so much felt I have been there many times before. I will be back .. I definitely recommend this place, to new and even seasoned persons..

Tried to call and ask about a walk in apt just now. Said “I see you do walk ins, am i able to come in?” He said “we don’t take anymore” then hung up on me. Called back to try and make an appointment, answered the phone and then hung up on me! I’m not going to beg to get my nails done with you. I’ll just go elsewhere

If you know, you know. Trang and Tommy are very talented and friendly, and especially during the pandemic, they do their best to keep things clean and keep as few people in the shop as possible.

They always do a great job. There's a reason it's sometimes hard to get in to see them. If you come from out of town like me, stop here first, write your name on the list, and mess around in Flatwoods until they call you. It's worth the wait.

I’ve been to so many nail spa’s. i’m known to be very picky when it comes to my nails, and never have i had an experience like the one at Sutton Nails Spa. Best nails i’ve ever had and they lasted very well. I will never trust anybody more than i do this place.

I took my 11 year old daughter so we could both get a pedicure and manicure and got the gel paint done. The next day her paint on her finger was already chipped also we both had skin all over our toes . She cut my big toe nail off so much it just looks dumb. 160 bucks IL just not able to justify it
