I’ve been going here for 4years already. I LOVE this store & I love the customer service. They both make you feel so welcomed and are very helpful. I get my extensions there (brand: sepia) and I give it 5 stars. It’s so soft, works well with heat and LASTS ME. I’ve dyed one pack of extensions and lasted me a whole year. I will not go anywhere else.

I've been going there for s while & she has her people she gives discount to but that's okay doesn't bother me Pink palace the ladies there they don't have favoritism I like going right there it's in Fresno Pink palace and Fresno so I rather go there now I've been going there for 3 years already but I went to this place because I want to try it out my friend goes there but it's okay

I hateed it.the lady was so rude. Her wigs are ugly and she treated my like i was wasting her time.
If you really want a good wig just go down the road to Fresnos wigs and braids. You can find a natural looking lace front wig for about 100$ . Thats what i did right after visiting this place.
Save your money guys.also she charges a dollar for EACH wig you want to try on. Smh
