I made an appointment with Kjersten after my husband raved about how much she helped his sore muscles and understood what his body needed. While I'm not typically someone who enjoys massages, Kjersten made me feel super comfortable. As others mentioned, she did not just stick to the deep tissue massage, but used various methods and customized it to what my body needed the most. She even took the time at the end to write down "homework" for me, as well as provide me with materials (band and yoga block) to complete said homework. I have never had a massage therapist be that invested in my health after just a one hour appointment. I highly recommend her.

Kjersten was amazing. I went in with sore muscles everywhere and she was so awesome at working out the knots! I’ve felt better just after one massage than I ever have! I will definitely be back and am telling all my friends on how wonderful she is!!!!

She used a variety of tools and techniques and her space is so cozy! She is friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough!
