The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I've come here several times and the last few times I've been disappointed. One time she told me I was good to go and when I got home my toe polish smudged because it wasn't dry. This time I got a manicure and he didn't trim my cuticles, didn't put any lotion on my hands and when I got home I noticed he didn't clean up my thumb. It's disappointing for the price.

Came in for a pedi with my sister and niece. They sat us down and soaked our feet while they finished on other people. 30 minutes later they came around to my sisters pedi. While my niece and I have wrinkly and cold feet. My sisters pedi was DONE before they even got to my niece and I. I was pretty adamant about leaving but my niece convinced me to stay. After waiting so long, it was finally our turn. We asked them to warm up the water. I wanted French tips but the guy didn't speak English. I decided to change it to white and pointed at my nieces toes saying I want white instead because I figured with his confused look he didn't really know how to do french tips. He goes on and does French tips after I told him not to. It just looked so bad...

I really liked my manicure and the tech was super patient. He did an awesome job with what I was asking. What I didn't like was how extremely pushy a number of the techs were as far as getting me to agree to tips. I know how I am and can't function with long nails. I do understand there is a language barrier at times but they still doesn't make the pushiness ok. Again, like the work that was done but when a customer says they don't want tips like 5 times, why continue to push for it. Stuff like this will make me not want to come back. Trying to make these nails last till at least Valentine's Day bc that's what they were for.

Personally I loved it! My lady did an amazing job but my sister had hers done and the guy who did her pedicure did a terrible job and rushed through hers she was the last to start her pedicure and the first one done. He did a terrible job her heels were so rough and the nails were painted terrible. They only took 5 dollars off of her service.So if you do go there request one of the ladies they did a great job and maybe that guy who did my sister in law should maybe just stick to the laundry and sweeping.

I thought it was very unprofessional that they scheduled me for a lash lift and tint only to get there and they tell me they only do extensions? This was my only time for weeks that I’m available and they completely ruined my chances of having this done. I can’t get another appointment tonight because its so late now and I’m otherwise always working. I just wish the person scheduling knew the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions because I could have scheduled myself another appointment

This is the second time that we have been to the business… We were very pleased the first time, but we were blown out of the water at the second visit… Absolutely top-notch quality care with extremely beautiful fingernails that look like they are actually our own…John & Henry were the best!

I just wanted to share my appreciation to a business who made things right. I have been going to this company for several years and have recommended it to many people, in which every time I left satisfied with the services. However, earlier this week on Monday, I decided to get my nails done with the organic dipping powder (in the color white, no designs/details) and the nail tech fixed my nails three times during my visit and when I left I was still sadden by the appearance of my nails. I paid and left a tip as the gentleman had still tried. Later that night, I sent a message and pictures of my nails to the company by Facebook messenger, and the company responded that same night and offered for me to come back to fix my nails. I returned on Friday (5 days later), and they confirmed that the appearance of my nails was not the quality they uphold themselves to be and wanted to make it right. The nail tech took her time in caring for my nails to make it look as if my nails were never serviced and started fresh. These are my NATURAL nails, and I am VERY happy with the result. I believe that companies should be given the chance to make things right before going public, in which the owner did accomplish this! Not only did they fix my nails with patience, dedication, and attention; I was gifted a gift certificate for my efforts in communicating and time in coming back to their salon to prove themselves of the quality work they are capable of! Kindess and customer service goes both ways, and remember that we are all here to learn; thank you!

Had pedicures done with a friend. One with Gel one with nail polish. Nail polish toes sat under dryer for timed 17 minutes before paying $60 and leaving. Over an hour and a half later big toe got lightly bumped when getting into vehicle and entire polish came off as one piece. Returned to salon, explained what happened. Toe was repainted and staff held a hand held fan for another 20 minutes while consistently touching it, it wasn't drying, it was smudging. I believe the polish was old. They said "good to home" and pointed to the door. I explained no it was not good, that it still was not dry, and that there was an issue with the polish and I wanted a different one. They only instructed to sit under the dryer again for An additional 17 minutes. It came off again as soon as I got in the car.
I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism that came with this encounter. I'd had positive manicure experiences, this was my first pedicure, and I wasted $60 to not even have polish on my toes!
