Lots of products. Horrible staff, I had just walked in when staff began racially profiling me. I couldn’t comfortably walk around to check out products since workers were hovering over me and staring me down.

Poor experience online. Ordered 3 very important items and 5 other items I didn't mind having for free shipping. They cancelled the 3 important items because they were "out of stock" (seriously? Track your item stock better!) and didn't offer a chance to replace with similar item and now I still need to order the three items from elsewhere....

Love, love, love this store! This review is for the customer service. First time here last night at around 9:30.Dislike the girls at the counter. My husband said they look like robots-completely emotionless, not very friendly and not helpful at all.

Posted store hours on the door are incorrect. On top of that, they lock up and refuse entry at least 20 min in advance to their actual closing hours.

Edit: on top of that, they post advertisements for discount on the front of the store that are long past their valid date, i.e. mothers day sales in late July. Also when I went in, they had a lot of empty shelves for eyeshadow.

One of the FEW Japanese shops in LA that carry a BIG line of goods - cosmetics, lotions, makeup, wipes, masks, etc.
Seriously, hundreds of products of every type. Don't forget to go upstairs!! They've got more auto scents and other products up there.
I pop in for their sunscreens and luckily they had my favorite Biore Aqua 50+++, so more convenient than ordering from Japan through eBay. My girl friends love the shop because they generally have everything they're looking for.

Worst service worst experience ever, I wish I can give it zero star!!! The staff closed the store at least 20 min earlier than the actual closing time claiming that it passes their last call time? Ridiculous! She must just want to go home early, wonder if the owner knows it!

Absolutely love this place and good prices too! Just please bring more makeup on board, they only have Canmake....would love to see more Japanese makeup! Great and smiley service though and good selection on skincare.

Seriously after having been to Japan, this place is the closest thing to what the makeup stores are like in Japan. It's like I've been transported back lol. And they have all the latest Japanese makeup/skincare products! I'm so glad this exists near me!
